Sandringham Medhurst, VIC

Award-winning design that balances bold form with Bayside heritage

Awarded High Commendation for Most Creative Design at the Bayside Built Environment Awards 2024, this new family home in Bayside Melbourne features a striking sculptural staircase in steel, timber, and glass, a dramatic marble kitchen bench, and a sleek, contemporary street presence.

Built in a street composed largely of Californian Bungalows, it purposely picks up on the scale, proportions and materials of these charming neighbouring homes, working in harmony with the existing streetscape, whilst creating a street presence that is sleek, contemporary and signature.
