From a 1920's beachside tea room, to a car repair garage, this Beach Road landmark property has been adapted to residential use over the years with a series of piecemeal changes, but with no cohesive overarching concept.
Our client's brief was to rethink the internal configuration to bring in greater natural light and optimise the spectacular bay and beach views, as well as create a more comfortable, contemporary home whilst retaining its original characteristics and charm.
