A spectacular new home in country Victoria, deep in the heart of Ned Kelly country. This is a dramatic landscape of gentle hills, dusty earth, giant boulders, big skies and panoramic views across the Strathbogie Ranges. Constructed from concrete, glass and corten steel, it references the red oxide in the surrounding rocky landscape and perhaps even a touch of the Ned Kelly spirit.
Huge immovable boulders will remain in situ and become part of the home’s interior. When a stunning location, fantastic clients and a desire to create something epic come together. This home was featured in the premiere episode of Grand Designs Australia’s 2019 season.
