Built on a gently sloping and relatively small block, this home built to two boundaries embraces its surroundings with living areas and outdoor spaces towards the front, while bedrooms, study, bathrooms, laundry, and a gymnasium are nestled on a lower level towards the rear. The lofty pitched ceiling adds an extra dimension of spaciousness while adding a sense of presence to the façade. A sunny window seat and decked area off the living room enables ease of connection to the outdoor garden.
